Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LoopLedger collects through loopledger.site, how it is used, and the choices you have. LoopLedger is an early-stage company; this policy covers the public website and the early access programme.
Who we are
LoopLedger builds asset tracking and equipment checkout software. For any privacy question, contact us at abdullah@loopledger.site.
Information we collect
- Early access requests: full name, business email, company, company size, primary use case, plan of interest, and any message you write.
- Contact messages: name, email, optional company, topic, and message.
- Technical data: when you submit a form, our hosting and API providers process your IP address, browser user agent, and request time to deliver the request and protect against abuse.
The website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party fonts. The product walkthrough runs entirely in your browser with fictional sample data; nothing you do in it is sent to us or stored.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or early access request.
- To set up and support an early access workspace you ask for.
- To keep the website and forms secure and working.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use form submissions for advertising.
Service providers
The website and form processing are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Form submissions are received by an API endpoint and delivered to our inbox by email. AWS processes this data on our behalf under its own data protection terms. We may use other providers to operate the business (for example email hosting); they receive only what they need to provide their service.
Retention
We keep enquiry and early access records for as long as needed to respond and to manage our relationship with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless we must keep them for legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing abdullah@loopledger.site. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to submissions is limited to the LoopLedger team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.
Customer data in the LoopLedger product
When an organisation uses LoopLedger, the data it records about its assets, locations, and staff is handled under the agreement with that organisation, which will describe processing, retention, and security in detail.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
