The service

LoopLedger provides software for recording assets, checkouts and returns, maintenance, and related reports. During early access, features may change, and access is granted at our discretion. A separate written agreement or order form may apply to paid plans; where it does, it takes precedence over these terms.

Accounts and access

• You must give accurate information and keep sign-in details confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your organisation’s accounts and for the roles you assign to users.
• Tell us promptly at abdullah@loopledger.site if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you enter, including making sure you have the right to record information about your employees and other individuals, and for checking that records are accurate before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by attempting to access another organisation’s data, probing or disrupting the service, uploading malicious code, reverse engineering the software except where the law allows, or using it for anything unlawful.

Fees

Published plan prices are shown in US dollars per month and exclude applicable taxes. Plan limits, billing terms, and any changes to fees are confirmed in writing before you are charged.

Intellectual property

LoopLedger and its software, design, and content belong to LoopLedger. Your organisation keeps ownership of the data it puts into the service and gives us permission to process it only to provide and support the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

The product walkthrough on this website uses fictional sample data for demonstration only. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Disclaimers

The service helps you keep records; it does not guarantee the physical location, condition, or safety of any equipment, and it is not a substitute for statutory inspections or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the website and early access service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LoopLedger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to protect the service or other customers. On request, we will help you export your data before an account is closed.
